A Revolutionary Act

From @participant: The Black Panther Party did even more than stand up to a violent, racist policing system: they housed, fed, healed, educated, and loved their community unconditionally. We’re proud to share the short digital film A REVOLUTIONARY ACT from director @malakaithebrave to set the record straight on the incredible contributions of the Panthers in Chicago — and beyond.

Their legacy lives on in @officialchairmanfredhamptonjr and former Black Panther Akua Njeri, who are working to immortalize the Hampton House, Chairman Fred Hampton’s childhood home, as a landmark and community center in Chicago.
